Screen Printing
Screen printing machines
The entire machine design complies with the European standard – Machine Euro 2006 42 CE
Three machine concepts are available:
G3 rotary screen-printing machine for decorating recessed items in 2 to 8 colours for large production runs.
G1 single-colour rotary screen-printing machine for decorating glass and plastic articles in small containers (perfume samples, mascara, syringes) at very high speeds.
N2CUV/N4CUV 2 to 4-colour shuttle screen printing machine for glass or plastic bottles, cups and jars – Ideal for small to medium-sized production runs
LVM G3
The G3 range of machines is designed for large production runs. The G3 is compatible with glass, plastic and metals. Bottles, flasks, tubes, jars, drinking glasses, tumblers, mascara, pens….
The G3 is a fully servo-driven model that can handle a wide range of different shaped items. Memorised decorating recipes mean you can switch from one series to another with minimum set-up time during production.
The G3’s design ensures precision, repeatability and reliability during the printing process.
The entire platen is mounted on a servo-driven indexer, enabling cycle speeds of up to 70 items per minute.
The servo-driven ‘delta robot’ system enables the operator to switch from an upright loaded item to a loaded item lying down, with a blowing and/or suction system.
Depending on the model, the G3 machine is equipped with 8 to 20 independent servo-driven arms.
G3 machine options :
- Background camera for tracking
- Partline camera for profile identification
- X-axis mounted flaming, corona, plasma
- UV or UVLED dryer
- Hot stamping head, knurled or direct hit
- DIGITAL print head
- DECOSYSTEM control camera
- Servo-driven arm K-axis for +/-15° tapered items
LVM G1
Vertical turntable machine with up to 16 screen printing spindles for decorating one-colour intaglio items.
Machines in the G1 range are designed for high-volume production. The G1 is compatible with glass, plastic and metals. Bottles, tubes, mascara, pens….
The G1 is a servo-driven model with a globoid indexer that can handle a wide range of items of different shapes. By memorising decorating recipes, it is possible to switch from one series to another with a minimum of time for production set-up and tool changeover, as only one set is required.
The G1 can be loaded using either a blade feeder or a centrifuge.
The design of the G1 provides precision, repeatability and reliability in the printing process.
The G1’s design enables high print speeds of up to 9,000 items per hour.
G1 machine options :
- Detection cell for rework
- Partline camera for profile registration (to replace a screen-printing station)
- Servo-driven flaming, Corona, Plasma
- UV or UVLED dryer
- Hot stamping head, knurled or direct stamping
- DIGITAL print head
- DECOSYSTEM control camera (to replace a screen printing station)
LVM N2CUV/N4CUV
Digital shuttle screen printing machine for decorating 1, 2 or 4-colour recessed items.
Machines in the N range are designed for moderate production runs. The N is compatible with glass, plastic and metals. Bottles, flasks, tubes, jars, drinking glasses, tumblers, mascara, pens….
The N is a fully servo-driven model that can handle a wide range of different-shaped items. Memorised decorating recipes mean that you can switch from one series to another with a minimum of time for production set-up and tool changeover – only one set is needed.
The N 1 colour machine can be loaded using a 6-axis robot.
The design of the N machine brings precision, repeatability and reliability to the printing process.
The design of the N machine enables high printing speeds to be achieved in shuttle mode.
A loading system adapted to items presented lying down (can be modified for upright loading)
The N machine is equipped with a servo-driven article carrier arm.
N2cuv/N4cuv machine options:
- Detection cell for pick-up
- Partline camera for profile detection (to replace a screen-printing station)
- Servo-driven flaming, Corona, Plasma
- UV or UVLED dryer
- Hot stamping head, knurled or direct stamping
- DIGITAL print head
- DECOSYSTEM control camera (to replace a screen printing station)
